Irie Movement, Inc., its brand OneFirelight®, and any affiliated entities within or outside of the U.S.A. (collectively, “Irie” or “we” or “us” or “our”) acknowledge that we are asking you to share certain information (“Personal Information”) with us in connection with the use of our services (“Services”). We provide these Privacy Policies (“Privacy Policies”), which may be updated periodically, to let you know how we collect, utilize, share, and store the Information and what choices and privacy rights might be available to you.

Where these privacy policies are applicable

Whenever you visit, access, utilize, or interact in any way with of our websites, mobile or device applications, interfaces,content, products, services, or software we collect Personal Information from or about you. These Privacy Policies are not the same as our Terms and Conditions document, which is a separate document setting out the legal agreement between you and Irie that incorporates these Privacy Policies. These Privacy Policies will also apply to any additions that we might make to the Services. These Privacy Policies do not apply to any third party providers (“Third Parties”) that are involved in your access to or use of the Services. We will integrate some of the information collected by Third Parties in order to better provide you with our Services. Third Parties will have their own privacy policies, which will apply to your utilization of their services or their interface with our Services.

Personal Information means information that can identify you as a specific, defined individual and can include as well non specific information that might be required by applicable protocol, laws, or regulations. We collect some Personal Information when you set up your account with us.   • We do not make automated decisions based upon your profile data.

Services may contain links to other websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by us that may redirect you away from our Services to other locations for information or other services. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by our Media Properties and Services. We are not responsible for the privacy and security practices of other websites, applications, or social media platforms or the information that they might collect. You should refer to the privacy policies on the respective sites to determine the applicable privacy practices. No endorsement of any other websites, products, applications, platforms, or content is implied.

Third party vendors and service providers

Services are provided in tandem with our vendors and service providers (“Third Party Providers”) who have access to your data or to whom you provide Personal Information for the sole purpose of facilitating your registration and engagement with the Services including, without limitation, payment, delivery, administrative, technology, analytics, data management, regulatory, security, legal, marketing, research, and fraud prevention service providers. Security of information

We cannot and do not guarantee that your Personal Information will not be misused by third parties outside of our control. We are not responsible for the circumvention of our privacy settings or security features.

Transfer or assignment of information

Your Personal Information may be stored, transferred to, and processed in any country where we have facilities where we engage service providers. These countries may be outside the U.S.A., and may have different data protection and privacy policy laws than in the U.S.A. Your consent to these Privacy Policies together with your submission of Personal Information constitutes your agreement to any such transfer. We take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and according to these Privacy Policies and applicable law and that adequate protocols are in place at the point of transfer to protect the security of your Personal Information. Your Personal Information may also be transferred if Irie merges with or is acquired by another company, in which event we will make commercially reasonable efforts to inform you about the transfer of your Personal Information that may become subject to a different privacy policy.

Retention of information

Your Personal Information will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes explained in these Privacy Policies. We will retain and may use Personal Information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, applicable laws, and regulatory provisions as well as for purposes of dispute resolution, agreement enforcement, rights protection, and policy implementation. We may also retain Personal Information for internal analysis purposes and to support security measures, improve performance, and comply with legal requirements for data retention.

How you can access or update your information

You may access the Personal Information that you provided directly to us by visiting the applicable section in your account profile. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to you and facilitate updates to your Personal Information.

Privacy rights choices and opting out

If you would like to opt-out of receiving email marketing communications from us, you may click UNSUBSCRIBE, or you may click the Preferences links to update your email settings. If you have accepted push notifications through our mobile app, you can also disable push notifications in your device Settings.

Changes to privacy policies

We may modify these Privacy Policies at any time effective upon posting any such changes on our website, subject to applicable law. You acknowledge your acceptance of such changes with respect to the Personal Information that we have previously collected from you as well as any Personal Information that we may collect from you in the future by continuing your use of our Services.

Subject to the exceptions defined in the CCPA, California consumers have privacy rights including but not limited to:

  • The right to know about the Personal Information that we collect and how it is used and shared
  • The right to have Personal Information that we gather deleted, subject to some exceptions
  • The right to opt-out of certain use of Personal Information; and
  • The right to non discrimination for exercising any rights afforded under the CCPA.

Canadian residents

Canadian residents may submit a request to access Personal Information or inquire about exercising other rights that might be available under the applicable laws of Canada by submitting a request to privacy@OneFirelight.com. We may require additional information to verify identity or authenticity and cannot properly process requests without sufficient information.

European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK)

The Services are currently available only in North America. However, in the event that Services become accessible in the EEA or UK, consumers will be afforded the privacy protection mandated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
