Yoga

Erika is a Certified Yoga Practitioner (200HR RYT) and life time student, committed to self study, growth and healing. She began exploring yoga + movement more consistently in 2012 as a way to relieve the stress from her then-demanding career and busy NYC lifestyle. In 2018, while navigating grief and frustration, Erika felt a divine calling to deepen her yoga practice. Her journey led her to become certified in Buti Yoga, and then Traditional/Hot Vinyasa Yoga. The best way for her to grow and align with her true self is to teach, or share yoga, which has challenged Erika to explore, develop and nurture her own voice and true expression. She continues to deepen and expand into her passion, which she now inner-stands as Energy Medicine. In addition to yoga, she’s received her certifications in Integrative Energy Healing + Breathwork, Reiki I & II, Holistic Health Coaching, and Colon Hydrotherapy.
