Yui is a fun charismatic fitness coach who loves to help people. The concept she stresses in her training is strengthening your inner core -- your mind, body and spirit. She believes it’s all about staying positive and not giving up. Her philosophy is that "life is a roller coaster, and it can be tough sometimes to keep yourself motivated. But what matters is that you wake up each day with a positive mindset and keep working towards your goals. Always make way for the positive day. And when you do that, the results just follow."

Strength training, HIIT, target specifics, muscle gain, weight loss, Pilates, and calisthenics.

What does your exercise do you for you? Outside and Inside?

My exercises keep my body happy. It starts from my mind. It keeps me sane, relieving stress and all the negative energy. No matter how low I’m feeling, my workouts bring me back on track. It’s like fuel for me. Seeing changes and growth in my own body physically also always inspires me to keep going even further! Hard work always pays off! I will never stop exercising. It’s one of the biggest things that I love about my life. Love the life you live. Live the life you love.

Whats your favorite Reggae song? What does it mean to you?

There are so many Reggae songs I love but my favorite one is Faith by Skip Marley. The reason why is because it's what I live by. Life could be tough sometimes .Things come up, sometimes we get down but we can keep fighting and thriving because we have Faith that we were all blessed to have. It’s such an uplifting song that pushes you. It definitely pushes me at times when I need it. I often listen to this when I’m trail running as I think of life.

What does nature mean to you? How does it inspire you?

Nature is God’s beautiful creation that I often run to because no matter what is going on in the world, when I’m surrounded by nature, it reminds me to appreciate every part of life and it reminds me of how great life is. I often meditate in nature and thank God for my life no matter what circumstance I’m in. Nature always tells me that every little thing is going to be alright.

How can exercise make us stronger human beings, better able to connect with others and embrace everyone's right to thrive?

Exercises take sacrifice in your life. Doing so makes us stronger everyday because it's you who controls your own life. It’s the initiative you take everyday that makes you that much stronger. You have more energy and are physically stronger which means you can do more in life! It also gives you confidence in yourself and you’ll be much happier knowing that you’re healthier and staying active! Strength in a person will always inspire others as well.

Why is it important for us to connect with other human beings?

It is important for us to connect with other human beings because we are Greater together. We are all a family that share the same world. We can strengthen each other. We can make a difference in each other’s lives. We can do anything in unity. So let's go on and inspire others!

What does the phrase "One World, One Love" mean to you?

When we all work together, bigger things happen. We are all in this together. Help others when you can and the world will be a better place. It’s about unity. This is why I have a passion to share my knowledge and guide people with whatever I can.

The importance of reggae music OneFireLight promotes is what makes us so special. Reggae music promotes unity. It is very uplifting and therapeutic which goes hand in hand with exercises.
