What does nature mean to you? How does it inspire you?

Patrick Boxing at OneFirelight

Nature is a source of energy. Whether I'm walking in the forest or sitting by the ocean, I can close my eyes, breathe, and immediately feel a sense of strength and peace. Nature inspires me to protect this planet, our home, so we can continue to walk in her forests and sit by her oceans, sharing in her energy, for generations to come.

How can our natural world help bring people closer to their true natures?

Patrick Boxing at OneFirelight

I like to think of it in terms of energy and frequency. Let's assume that our planet and the natural world resonate at a certain frequency. The further we step away from that natural frequency, the more disrupted our own frequencies, and therefore our lives become. We are meant to live in balance with nature and share in her energy, rather than disrupt it.

We are physical creatures living in a physical world. Movement makes us stronger physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. That strength provides confidence which leads to a desire to connect, to share and to thrive with those around us. That's the power of movement.

Why is it important for us to connect with other human beings?
